Cutting down on duplicate clients: If a customer is
registering a new account, and the email they use is
attached to a customer in Envision, it will notify them to
use the password reminder link. If they are not enabled for
online booking, and do not have a password set, it will
generate the user a password and enable them for online
booking.

An appointment booking “lead time” can be assigned through
the admin panel. Clients will not be shown available
appointments before the lead time.

Clients will not be shown appointments to book prior to the
current date/time.

A listing of the clients next 5 future appointments will
appear when they login.
